Free shipping across USA and Canada
All our orders are shipped out with USPS or Canada post. Every US order is printed in USA and every Canadian order is printed in Canada. This way, we can ensure the fastest shipping possible.
How long does the shipping take?
USA : 1-3 business days
Canada: 1-2 business days
*No delivery to P.O box
How are the artworks shipped?
The art prints are rolled and shipped in a protective cardboard tube.
- 8x10 inch artworks are packed in a cardboard envelope with a "DO NOT BEND" sticker.
How can i track my order?
You will first get an email where we confirm your order is paid and ready to be shipped out. After the first email you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. If you did not get any email with a tracking link or there is no tracking updates, please send us an email with the name or email you made the order with to info@scalpelcollage.com and we will help you to track your order.
How long will delivery take?
The fulfilment takes between 1-5 business days depending on how many orders we have + the shipping time 1-3 business days, shipping time depends on destination. It's important to keep in mind that we are printing these orders on request so it does take us a couple of days to get your order ready.

What if there is a problem with my order?
examples: the package you receive is in bad condition, the artwork you received is not the artwork you ordered...

What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask you to confirm the shipping address. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
